Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We process our payments through Paypal (free to sign up), one of the safest and most secure ways to send and process funds electronically. For more details on paypal, visit their website here.
You can pay for your order with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover through Paypal without opening an account or pay via Paypal if you already have an account with them.

Q: I want a different size/style that is not listed on your site. Can you help me?

A: If the size or style you want is not on our website, please email us so we can help you create your perfect piece! We will respond promptly.

Q: What different scrolls/lettering styles do you offer?

A: Please refer to the photos in the website for the scrolls we offer online. We do have many other variations, please contact us if you do not see a style that you like on the website. Please take a look at the pictures on the page called Prestige collection info

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Normal orders will take approximately 10 to 15 working days plus shipping time. In stock items (if available) can be shipped next business day. Custom or special orders may take approximately 20 working days. If you have a special occasion, please let us know so that we can accommodate your request.

Q: How do I size myself for a bracelet?
A: Take a soft measuring tape and measure the circumference of your tightly clenched hand. Please note to measure your hand area (knuckles). It is your hand that is to be measured accurately, not your wrist. The bracelet must be able to slide on and off your hand comfortably. Please contact us if you need more help with sizing your jewelry. Resizing a piece can be very costly!


Q: Can the Hawaiian jewelry be resized?
A: Yes, most of our items can be resized. Resizing may involve the adding of gold and also recarving of the design. A labor and gold charge may apply. Email us for more information.

Q: Can changes be made to existing orders?
A: You will need to email our office to see how much work has already been done on your piece. If the order has already been started, there will be an additional fee to make changes.

Q: How do I translate my name into Hawaiian?
A: Please contact us and we will gladly assist you in translating your name to Hawaiian.

Q: Can an inscription be added to the inside of my order?
A: Most items are available with an inside inscription. Please let us know what inscription you'd like when placing your order.

Q: Is there a warranty on the black enamel letters?
A: We have a limited lifetime warranty on our enamel. Some restrictions may apply. Please contact our office for more details.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs may vary for domestic orders. There is a shipping and handling charge for repaired items we return to you. Please contact us for international fees.

Q: What is the return/exchange policy?
A: NO cash refunds/changes after 30 days. No cash refund/exchange on special orders. There will be a 10% restocking charge for exchanges and a 20% service charge for canceled orders. A receipt must accompany all returns/exchanges and jewelry must be in the same condition received. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

Q: Can I submit my own design?
A: Yes, you can. You will need to send, fax or email us your design and we will work with you on the estimated price to produce your one of a kind jewelry.

Q: Can I come by your store and view your collections in person?
A. We no longer have a storefront - we have moved to a home business.
